Bugs fixed in version 1.63

The bugs below were present in WinISI 1.61 and earlier are fixed in 1.63:

    Program module Description
Convert Program would not convert an XDS spectra file from NSAS to WinISI format.
Convert FoodScan or Infratec calibrations developed using MPLS would not convert correctly to IRIS format.  This functionality is now blocked, and only PLS can be used during calibration development and conversion.
Convert  Ability to convert FoodScan EQA/DIR/MOD to IRIS format has been added.
Monitor Results; Compare Predicted and Reference Values If a sample number was repeated multiple times in a file and at least one of these samples had zero for the lab value, then the position number and sample number would not be correct in the XY plot.
Monitor Results; Discriminate Groups Program would crash if ASCII output of results was attempted.
Plot Spectra and Scores; Curvefit, Find Absorbtions With certain files, if samples above position 5 were selected the program would crash.
Regression Equations; Global Equations Ability to create output DIR and MOD files when developing calibrations on FoodScan spectral files has been added .
Regression Equations; Global Equations If any of the default wavelength segments were edited by breaking a segment up into multiple segments (or deleting an entire segment), the program would ignore the selected wavelength range and use the entire default wavelength segment(s).
Standardization, Trip Spectra The "trim spectra" function would not work for data files containing more than 4500 spectra.
Standardization, Convert a Host Spectra File Program did not correctly standardize a 6500 spectra file with an *.STD file from a host 6500 standardized to a master 5000.  Note:  Routine Analysis program did this functionality correctly in ISIscan.
