RINA™ Version 3.10 Details

! Warning: do not use this release to update your RINA client installation unless directed to do so by your network manager. Updating a RINA client with a version not compatible with the RINA server could result in an inoperable client.
RINA version 3.10 supports all the features of WinISI 4 / ISIscan 3.10 along with the following RINA functionalities:
- Support for Foss Foodscan™
and XDS bench instruments
- Support for new Touch Screen Interface
- Background synchronization works for upload (samples and performance tests) and downloads (product settings) This needs to be enabled in the Network profile if desired.
- Principal component standardization
- Discriminant analysis based on 5 discriminant model types
- SSL protocol available for secure communication
- Product tree Optimized
- Support for Asian languages
- Windows Vista support
- RINA server database archive support to optimize current database size while preserving access to archived data.
Additionally, the following RINA bugs have been fixed:
- UDF fields defaults, including "None", work correctly
- Adding a product to product tree has been optimized and is much faster
- Products/product groups that are added to a disabled product group show up as an enabled product. Sub products now inherit from the parent.
- Exported sample data from Network Manager does not populate UDFs in ExportReport
- NetworkInspector: Product details - Totals does not match Samples, #GH etc...
- Possible to delete RINA products from the product tree if logged in offline.
- Improved error message when Network Manager is not able to connect to server db
- Outlier statistic in Network Inspector based on sample filtering
- Outlier limits in Network Manager should be changeable even if product limits cannot be changed.
- Synch client ASAP dialog disappears when loosing focus
- Synch of Performance Tests sometimes fail.
