ISIscan™ Version 3.20 Details

This update is a general update for all customers that have ISIscan 3.0 and 3.10. Additionally, this update is compatible with RINA 3.10 / 3.20.

ISIscan 3.20 has the following bugs fixed:

  1. ODBC errors “Too many open connections” or “Too many client tasks”.
  2. When a new module was added to InfraXact, ISIscan recorded wrong date of change.
  3. User reported getting an error message "Door Open" when running a Performance Test on a FoodScan.
  4. In FoodScan, archiving data with multiple Scan Views.
  5. Discriminant groups were labeled incorrectly in the Touch Screen Results tab.
  6. Improved speed of displaying samples in History Tab (both ISIscan and TouchScreen) when prediction models had multiple versions.
  7. Corrected problem with editing sample numbers for LIMS samples.
  8. If an ISIscan user was running LIMS samples, and then edited a profile, ISIscan could crash.
  9. When switching between users and products in the Touch Screen, Touch Screen could crash.
  10.  If the Lamp Settings Tab in the System Profile was set to prompt the user when exiting the program and the user replied to turn off the Lamp, the Touch Screen sometimes failed to turn off the lamp.  
  11. InfraXact Only, if an Attachment Profile for an InfraXact had start up tests, ISIscan could lock up. 
  12. If a user switched between ISIscan and Touch Screen, the program could lock up. 
  13. When starting a scan in Touch Screen, sometimes the Start button could lock up. 
  14. Intermittently, the wrong user would be displayed.
  15. The Parameter Profile has a setting "Force Negatives to Zero" This setting was ignored in Touch Screen.
  16. Certain instrument error codes sent by FoodScan were not translated into error messages.
