CAUSE: The peformance test is disabled if logged in off-line.
VERSIONS AFFECTED: All
SOLUTION:
1) Please logout and log back in, making sure to select an attachment to connect to.
2) Check to make sure the instrument is turned on.
3) Check you connections to the instrument.
4) If you are using version 2.2 or higher and you get a message that a checksum has failed, open up the profile affected and update the profile.
