When I export spectra from ISIscan, the spectra do not appear to be standardized.
CAUSE: There is a known bug in ISIscan version 2.31 that affects spectral exports that are performed while logged in off-line.
For this bug to manifest itself, ALL of the following must occur:
ISIscan version 2.31 is being used (earlier versions are not affected)
Sample was analysed with a product using a standardization profile
Operator was logged in off-line when exporting
Samples were exported standardized
VERSIONS AFFECTED: 2.31 only
SOLUTION: The solution for this bug is to export spectra ONLY when logged into the instrument attachment. If the instrument is not connected, an error Error connecting to instrument! will be displayed, but the operator will be able to log into ISIscan and export the sample spectra.
