I get the following error when trying to report in ISIscan:
ODBC error: [Microsoft ](ODBC Microsoft Access Driver) The Microsoft Jet Database engine cannot find the input table or query "ReportCross tab:
Make sure it exists and that is name is spelled correctly".
CAUSE: This error indicates that a report template is trying to use a query that has not been installed in the ISIscan database. This can occur after reinstallation of the software with a fresh database.
VERSIONS AFFECTED: ALL
SOLUTION: Please go to the Supplemental report templates section of the Report Templates Download page to download the query appropriate for you version of ISIscan. Follow the instructions included with the Word document enclosed.
