I upgraded to version 2.31 and some of my parameters are giving strange H values and strange predictions.
CAUSE: There is a bug in version 2.31 that causes ISIscan not to process the spectra properly in specific cases. For this bug to manifest itself, the following criteria must be met:
• 2 or more prediction models are present in one product
• The prediction models use a standardization profile
• Standardization range is less than the spectral range of the instrument (for example, a model 6500 instrument (400 – 2500 nm) with a standardization that covers the NIR range only (1100 – 2500 nm).
Under these circumstances, one or more of the prediction models might not be standardized.
VERSIONS AFFECTED: 2.31
SOLUTION: There is a hotfix available for download at the link below. Download the zip file and unzip the .exe file. Double click the self extracting zip file to update your installation.
Alternatively, upgrade to an version higher than 2.31.
WARNING: this hotfix is ONLY for version 2.31. Attempting to update any other version will result in an inoperable installation.
