I upgraded to 2.7 and now my InfraXact Check cell gives the message, "The sample container loaded in the instrument does not match the sample cup type specified for the selected product." How do I fix this?
CAUSE: ISIscan version 2.70 and higher have a tighter identification requirement for the InfraXact check cells. This requires an operation profile that uses the InfraXact check cell cup type in the check cell configuration.
VERSIONS AFFECTED: 2.31, 2.7x
SOLUTION: Users must first upgrade to ISIscan version 2.71 or higher. Next, the InfraXact Check cell installation must be configured to use the new cup type. Please follow the link below for a complete description of the process including a utility for updating the Check cell automatically.
