Printing diagnostic reports in ISIscan give error " C:\Program files\Infrasoft International\ISIscan\sysreport\XXX.rpt contains and invalid path.
CAUSE: Diagnostic report templates were installed in the incorrect directory.
VERSION AFFECTED: 2.71
SOLUTION: Make a new directory and copy the diagnostic report templates as listed below:
1) Make a directory C:\Program files\Infrasoft International\ISIscan\sysreport.
2) Locate the C:\Program files\Infrasoft International\ISIscan\system_reports directory. COPY ALL the *.rpt files from this directroy to the directory made in step 1.
