I am not able to turn off the Auto-Archive function in ISIscan.
CAUSE: ISIscan versions 2.21 and 2.31 had a bug where the auto-archive function would not turn off properly.
VERSION AFFECTED: 2.21 and 2.31
SOLUTION: The first option is to update to a current version of ISIscan.
A second option is to change the Number of Samples per Product to Keep to a very large number such as 999,999. The resuls will be that no samples will be archived.
