When I report samples from a product containing more than one Prediction model profile, only some of the parameters are reported. This only happens with report templates based on the report query installed with the AddView program or present in ISIscan version 2.71 and 2.81.
CAUSE: There is a bug in the database query that incorrectly links two tables. The result is that sometimes not all sample data are reported.
VERSION AFFECTED: All versions of the AddView query; ISIscan 2.71 and 2.81
SOLUTION: Update to a version of ISIscan after 2.81 (when available). Until then download and run the ISIscan Query Update under the Miscellaneous Downloads section.
