ISIscan 2.81 crashes when I export to a CSV format using One_Line_Basic.rpt or One_Line_Complete.rpt.
CAUSE: ISIscan 2.81 and higher contain Crystal Reports XI components. This version does not support CSV exports using report templates based on a cross tab.

SOLUTION: Export to Excel format or use a report template not based on the crosstab.
