WinISI Version 1.60 Details

June 15, 2005

Bugs fixed in version 1.60

The bugs below were present in WinScan / WinISI 1.50 and / or 1.50e and are fixed in 1.60:

    Program module Description
FileView FileView correctly merges .red files.
FileView It is now possible to delete all samples from an ANL file.
FileView Parameter names can accept and edit symbols like % in ISIscan & Foodscan files.
FileView Manually entered equations now work correctly.
FileView MSC is no longer an option in Reduce (it should not have been there).
Global regression In Pause Data, mode, “complete regression” is no longer grayed out.
Global regression If you create an Infratec model WinISI will create a *.mod and *.dir file. If you then later create a new model with the same name then the *.mod and *.dir file are now updated and will work correctly with the Infratec support program.
Global regression If instrument is FoodScan type, when an .eqa is created the *.mod and *.dir files are now also created.
Global regression Select All button for constituents now works.
LOCAL Local batch processing options were not visible after upgrading to Windows 2000 service pack III.
Monitor Monitor previously crashed if you tried to predict with a stepwise equation.
Monitor Contrast program had a bug where two full range IX files would have a different RMS for the NIR region than the same files trimmed to 1100 - 1850nm.
Monitor Large files run through contrast have either zero for RMS and RMSC or else the wrong #. File size > 192 samples.
WinScan LOCAL did not work with on-line instrument file headers in .cal or .red files.
